“Mild Life Wellbeing is a space that I’ve created in response to the type of mental health care that I had hoped existed in my teens and twenties.”

ACA Registered Counsellor
I work predominantly with teens and emerging adults to create a space that feels warm, honest, and human. My goal is to make therapy feel less like therapy in the traditional sense and more like a real conversation in a space where you can just be you.
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or sorting through big questions about who you are and where you're headed, it is all welcome. No rushing. Just space to feel supported and slowly find solutions together, so you can feel better resourced to navigate life’s ups and downs.
VALUES
Authenticity
Our hope is to remain open and honest about who we are and how therapy works. No hiding behind a facade and performing the “role” of a therapist. But rather, grounded, human connection that is real.
Compassion
We will always honour the courage it takes to open up and ask for help. Whilst it’s not always easy, it can be so worthwhile. We will continue to acknowledge your efforts of showing up and telling your unique story.
Acceptance
We will always appreciate your individuality. We won’t try and change you because we inherently believe you are going to be okay just as you are. However, we will help you navigate the hardships in your life with more ease and agency.
VISION
Our goal is to be a real and honest provider of mental health care, in a space that sometimes feels alienating. In a world with increasing pressures on young people’s mental health, Mild Life Wellbeing offers a calm and honest space for you to be heard.

BOOKINGS
You can either get in touch via filling out the form or booking straight in for a discovery call. If you are over 16 you can book in yourself, otherwise you will need a parent or guardian to call on your behalf.
The discovery call is where we will have a short chat about what brings you to therapy and if I am a good fit for you. You won’t be asked to share things you don’t feel ready to talk about, just enough context for us to get started.
We will either book our first session in and begin the journey or you can digest our discussion and get in touch when the time feels right. It’s important that even if you’re a little nervous, you feel ready. We will never rush that process.
