Who we are

We are a client centred therapy practice that provides a safe landing place for adolescence and young adults navigating life’s challenges.

Megan Wild (she/her)

Megan is a registered counsellor who holds accreditation with the Australian Counselling Association. She has experience working on mental health crisis lines, managing teams in the wellbeing industry and most recently working as an adolescent counsellor in a High School setting.

Her diverse range of life experiences - both professional and personal - have led her to a career as a therapist who adopts a humanistic and integrative approach to mental health issues.

What does this all really mean? It means she treats each individual client as a unique and layered human who has the resources within them to cope with their unique set of circumstances. The work of therapy is holding painful experiences together with nuance and uncovering those inner resources.

She is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, incorporating focusing on the mind-body connection as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

She works with an integrative model that tailors the experience of therapy to meet the needs of the individual. No one treatment approach fits everyone. She appreciates the therapeutic relationship as the single most effective factor in achieving positive change and will always prioritise creating a warm, secure connection free of judgement.
